Great service

I recently purchased goods with my ebucks and unfortunately one item was lost in transit but I was notified in advance. I opted to have a refund rather than a holding credit. After a couple of days I checked my ebucks account and my ebucks for the item was refunded to my ebucks account. Efficient and great service all the time.
