<p>Good day</p> <p>I would like to take this time to send compliments to Babalwa Ngqukuvana who assisted today. I had a duplicate order, I emailed Takealot and then the consultant incorrectly cancelled the paid order instead of the awaiting payment order, I then asked him to rectify he then cancelled all orders. I called Takealot and Babalwa took my call, within minutes she placed a new order for me and also split my order. She was professional, she saved me from the mounting stress.
