<p>In SA Public and private services are most of.the time not world class. Fortunately, takealot is a class on it's own. For the first time I order and I haven't been disappointed. I had a bit of a difficulty to understand how to place an order, then it wouldn't take my card. But I was directed to pay by EFT. The next day early in the morning I got a mail informing me that my payment went through and my order was being processed. After only two days and I was updated daily my parcel was delivered. It was really a delight dealing with you guys. I didn't get the opportunity to answer the survey you sent me as I was very busy. Keep up this level of customer service. Enjoy your day.</p>
