Great Service and Prompt Response

I had a pre-order with Takealot which I needed to cancel, and then thereafter had a duplicate pre-order on another item I bought.<br> <br> Nicole sorted everything out within minutes of my emails to her. I am very impressed and she should be commended for her friendly response and quick actions te rectify the situation. I will definitely support Takealot in future with staff like these at the helm!
