I have been ordering from Takealot for years now and I have not had any problem I couldn't resolve with them. I have had broken goods received and swapped out, I have had goods under warranty replaced, no questions asked and goods perfectly delivered within the agreed time frame.

I will probably continue to do business with them as long as their services are available. I usually use Hello Peter as a complaint platform (Most of us do) but I feel this company should be commended for their efforts. My last 2 order were delivered within 24hrs of the order placement.
