Great service

For the first time in many years that I have been shopping with Takealot, I had to return a parcel and only because it wasn't compatible. The service that I received at the Nelspruit pick up point was fantastic, the lady was busy with training and still helped me so quickly, she was very friendly and I was in and out within minutes. Also doing the return on my App was so quick, I already received my credit this morning which is great. Thank you for your all round great service.
