Great service

I contact Takealot via Twitter DM for I product I had bought which wasn’t working anymore. They sent me a link to request for a replace or refund. Immediately after sending a request, I received an SMS confirming that they will collect the product the following day. Then after collection I received another update saying that they’ve received the parcel and should be at their warehouse in 2 days and I must lookout for another update. And they did just that. I’m in awe with their customer service about the replacement/refund process. It’s totally hassle free. Thanks Takealot
