Great service
I have used takealot since 2010, with over 20 items ordered to date (One item being delivered today).<br> <br> In this time there has been only one occasion when I had to escalate an issue with them for a delay in delivery and this was simply because I wanted the delivery same day and paid extra for that convenience. They went to deliver, no one answered the gate and they left. The delivery company, Mr. Delivery, made alternative arrangements for the delivery to be sent to me after 5pm when I would be home and it arrived. Issue resolved, and for them to go out twice is appreciated.<br> <br> I highly recommend using them for online purchases especially since they have a Daily Deals section with daily specials. Even without the specials, their price is generally still better than most retail and online shops.
