Great service

I had received a Takelot voucher and while trying to make a purchase had encountered a 'system error'. Somehow it led to me ordering a double purchase. <br> <br> I emailed Takelot in the evening and was surprised to receive a response from Shana P really soon afterwards. I had no idea that they worked so late (9pm). Shana was great and helped me sort out the problem quickly.
