i had called takealot and wanted to know how to change my payment method but the call centre assistant that answered was unable to help me, I then remembered when I previously ordered I dealt with Monique and requested to speak to her, she was not available at the moment and I requested that she call me back. I received a callback within minutes and was advised by Monique how to go about making the change. What surprised me is that she also took the time to tell me that I must check if my cell number I gave is correct because she tried calling me on the number on my profile but it didn't seem to work, so she changed my number for me,<br> Thank you so much Monique for the excellent service.
