Great service

I orders some items in December, both were delivered on time. One of the products was not what I thought it was, i returned it back and refund was allocated. I used the refund to buy the correct product, received a message that the product was out of stock. This time the refund was not allocated on time. I therefore wrote to the customer care department and was assisted quickly with a response I did not appreciate. Told them my requirements and the money was in my account in less that 30 min. My point is, you don't have to go all the way reporting Takealot to Hellopeter before they attend to your query. They are quick with their response and extremely professional. Great service!!!
