Great Return Policy and Service

I just wanted to report on some very good service. I am a long time user of Takealot and many of the other online stores, and like to post good work when I see it.<br> <br> I purchased a electric razor over a year ago, but had a few problems with it. I ignored them as they didn't cause too much hassle. Recently it died however and I was a little worried as the warranty was nearly up. I submitted the replacement request with Takealot and got a message stating it may take up to 21 days as the manufacturer was now responsible. I was very pleasantly surprised however as within the week I was alerted that a new one was on its way and I had by replacement very soon after.<br> <br> Thank you Takealot for your impressive return policy and getting me clean shaven again.
