Great Oven, but Disappointing Customer Service

Bought a Hisense Oven earlier this month. First one was delivered damaged. Took another week for a replacement to arrive. Had it installed only to discover a part was missing (Partial Extendable Telescopic Guides On One Level). Disappointed as I have sent numerous emails to Takealot without any reply. Guess I'll be cancelling my Takealotmore subscription and go elsewhere.
