I have checked the Takalot app this morning, for a parcel that I am anxiously waiting for on the app, it looked like it might have been received by the outlet, but it didn't show that it was ready for collection.

You went onto your system and while I was still on the call with you, forwarded the barcode and pin code email to me.

I am disabled and must rely upon other people to handle things like this.
