Great job Gerhard of Takealot

I would specifically like to tell everyone what a wonderful employee Takealot have in their delivery driver, Gerhard, who comes to Prince Albert. Because of a major communication fail for MTN subscribers in our town, Gerard could not get hold of me today to collect a return. His WhatsApp finally came through after after he had already left town. He did not give up in me and was in touch with me and communicating via WhatsApp till 8:45 tonight. When I thanked him for his excellent service, his words were "you're welcome and thank you for using Takealot". Takealot, I hope you appreciate the value of this employee.
