What great great service!!! Logged a call with takealot.com on a Saturday at 1650 and I was phoned 2 minutes later by a gentleman that was so eager to assist in resolving my problem. It did not take him 2 minutes to listen and suggest a solution to my problem. Wow!!!! Great service. Some companies can learn from them. It doesn't matter how big your company is the little fish also mean a lot.
