Great for shopping but not for customer service.

As far as online shopping goes shopping with Takealot has always been a good and easy experience. However this past weekend only a part of my order was delivered and the support service has been dismal. I have submitted various tickets/emails, tried Facebook and a number of different avenues to get feedback but have only gotten one reply with no further follow up. The customer service has been disappointing and I am no closer to answers.
