Great Feedback and Friendly Service

I purchased goods on [URL Removed] and went to collect the goods myself at the Cape Town Warehouse. Unfortunately one of my items that I purchased were note available at the warehouse, and could only be supp**** in the new year. Long story short, I decided to get my refund for the item because I could not wait till after Christmas to get it. I phoned the customer care centre to confirm my refund and Stacey De Wet answered the phone - she's not your typical call centre agent. She was friendly, very helpful and informative - keeping me in the loop every step of the way. Thank you Stacey, in a country not bothered about service, you did a great job!
