I've never experienced any hiccups with regards to delivery, stock or any other sales related queries. With regards to post sales, I've returned products where I've been refunded almost immediately, and also ones where I've had to wait 3 weeks or so. In Takealot's defense, I was emailed weekly in these cases. I do wish their contact details were more easily accessible and that they put more pressure on companies that sell through them, to honour warranties quicker. All in all, I would definitely recommend Takealot!
