Great deals, TERRIBLE delivery!

I must firstly say that over the years I have come to enjoy shopping on takealot.com. They often have very good deals and I very rarely have any problems with their products. The delivery service over the last year and a half has however deteriorated to unacceptable levels.

I have now on numerous occasions had the experience where my delivery was delayed because it was couriered to the wrong depot. Each time I've raised concern about this issue, I'm just given an apology for the inconvenience.

I completely understand that there are often unexpected delays in shipping but this is an operational issue that Takealot is refusing to deal with or address. I find the way they handle this problem each time extremely disappointing . There are only so many times that you can accept a "Sorry for the inconvenience" apology. It means absolutely nothing if : 1. My purchase doesn't get delivered on time 2. the problem continues to occur without correction.
