Great Customer Service

<p>I complained about a devliery yesterday, Zayaan the consultant that was assisting me, made contact with the delivery team, ensured that my order was delivered within 20 minutes after speaking to her. Post delivery I lodged a complaint regarding the driver. She treated the complaint with urgency and the respect it deserved, she liaised with the relevant structures on her side and kept me abreast of proceedings throughout the day. This morning I received a formal apology from one of the delivery team managers, subsequent to which Zayaan made contact again ensuring she sees the matter to its conclusion. In my books, this is what I regard as great customer service. She has ensured that I keep using Takealot because I was very disgruntled when I contacted her. Great Service Zayaan and I hope Takealot realises you're an asset to their business. Thanks You!!! </p>
