Great Customer Service

I've been shopping with Takealot from the beginning - when they were still Take2. Although they're not always the cheapest the customer service has been second to none!

I've had to return a few products, each time they've sent a replacement with no questions asked and did't even look at the faulty unit before supplying me with a replacement.
