Great company gone complacent

<p>Dear takealot.I was once a huge propagator of Takealot and would order anything and everything I needed, since they were super efficient and delivered ahead of time. Since the last few orders, Takealot will be my last consideration. The last 4 orders, 2 cancelled by Takealot after I made payment stating that they mysteriously have nos stock. This after the item remained in stock for days after I placed the order. The remaining 2, delivery date issues...3days, 5 days and then 7 days further delaym. The only way I found out was after I initiated communication. I ordered 2 weeks ahead if a birthday, that is now past. Still no delivery. Great company gone horribly I can confidently say that 2 other online companies now outshine Takealot by far. Very disappointed in my once favourite online store.</p>
