Great Communication - Professional

Awesome that Takealot.com keeps in touch with their customers regarding any delays in deliveries. Very professional in that the customer does not have to chase after answers or are left in the dark but rather we are notified before the scheduled delivery date that there will be a delay, the reason and when we should expect to receive it. Delays are a reality and communication is greatly appreciated.
