Great but Refunds are Nightmare

Amazing range of products. Usually always on time or maybe earlier delivery. Refunds however are a nightmare. Expect to wait a minimum of 2 weeks sometimes 3 to 4 weeks easily for them to collect, evaluate and refund your bank account. Ive had about 7 issues the past 2 years having to follow up and for refunds they don't transfer often from credit to bank after requesting it and following up. It's a battle but eventually it gets done. Please let management know to look into it. Overall besides the returns and refund issues I am satisfied with Takealot.
