Great but not perfect

I have places 82 orders in the last 3 years through takealot.com and I can say they always deliver on the products they sell while offering fantastic prices. I will say however that are a big company and big companies do not value individual customers so do no expect any special treatment when dealing with customer complaints. I will recommend them when ordering items at a good price and using free delivery over R450. Sending products back is done easily within the 7 day period assuming the product can be returned (had to do it twice). Overall i do recommend them.
