Got sent the wrong item 3 times.

I have ordered a product from takealot, they send me the wrong item i did a return for a replacement got send the exact same wrong item i returned got help from a takealot representative logged another return gor replacement and again got sent the exact same wrong item. I returned the same box 3 times. Takealot has become completely useless and so have their representative Luniko.N, thank you for not resolving my problem.
