Goods still not recieved
<p>I ordered items for an event way in advance. after 3 weeks i still have not received all the items i have paid for and getting an appropriate response which is anything other than essentially "just wait, we'll send it maybe hopefully possibly soon-ish." even though i have made it clear that i need to know if i will receive it before my event otherwise i have wasted my money and need to make an alternative plan. simply poor service, all around. although they did not have any issue taking my money to start with. </p>
