Goods returned in March 25 till today no refund

I bought an electric saw in Jan 25, when I received the item it had no battery and charger. I returned the item in Feb they said return was done wrong I then received it again and returned it in March 25. Till today no refund. They are quick to take your money but won’t refund a bunch of ******. They must be reported they don’t deserve to have a FAIC license.
