Goods out of stock and ordered online.

I placed on order on the 24th March and no updates or possible or estimated pick up date . That is so unprofessional and poor customer service.Why advertise goods are not available or in stock. It is for the 2nd time and 1st order I had to cancel it. Order number ***.
