Goods not recieved

I orders a coffee table in March that was supposed to be delivers on the 5 April 24 which was not only to find out when i call them that the driver was highjacked. Today the 9the is was supposed to be delivers it was not when i track the order it is retired again to be delivers for the 11the. Still no communication i call them gain. The consultant cannot track why my order is returned. I am spending my airtime for a service i played for and cannot receive the goods for no reason provided. I need my money back
