Goods not received

I ordered and paid for goods on the 13th March with order number ********** 6 and I have yet to receive the stuff I paid for.

I have called twice. The delivery guy called my father saying he will deliver countless times but never did. I escalated to takealot and they keep.saying they will escalate to the delivery company and get back to me and that has yet to happen.

I have to constantly call takealot to follow up on my order. I am not satisfied at all.

My dad could not attend to his business today because he was waiting for the delivery . This is not fair.
