Goods not delivered

I was due to get the delivery on the 15th and the guy claims came after 16:00 pm and offices were closed and again on the 16th the delivery man claim they came at 08:23 however the cameras in both instances do not show these attempts .

I needed the parcel for this weekend as it is a gift however all that is now gone . Payments are made to reflect immediately and now I want a refund I am told to wait 2-3 working days .

I simple think that the delivery company they contracted is useless simple useless .
