Goods not delivered

<p>I bought a camera on the take a lot website and was promised that the camera will be delivered on the 21st of December 2016 by 5PM, the camera hasn't been delivered. When calling the call centre and the courier service which is "Fast and furious" we are sent from pillar to post. The agents I've dealt with have been telling me that the matter has been escalated, no one has been communicating with us or has explained why there's a delay with the delivery. Can this be resolved or can the money me returned to my account and I'll purchase the camera elsewhere. I've also been in contact with you guys through your twitter pages. Please also note that as a blogger I will never ever reccomend your website to anyone nor will I use your services again. Your service is appalling.</p>
