Goods have never been delivered.

I bought a cellphone. The cellphone was paid for on 11 May . The cellphone has not been delivered to date. It's 1 June. The phone should have been delivered on 20 May.

Nobody from takealot is calling me back. I have not been able to make contact with anyone. It's very disturbing that no attempts have been made from takealot to contact me. Automated emails were received but no actual work has been done. The phone costed me R800. Might be small fry for takealot. But to me I needed to save quite a bit of my salary. If u can't delivery the phone, then refund my money and we can call it even.

This is rather unfortunate.

Weirdly, the website says the following: Delivered. Signed by RTS ***0 ((Customer))

My question is what or who is RTS?? They are not even trying to get back to me to explain anything. The drivers number is +***. No answer from that number. I'm at my wits end.
