Goods delivered to a neighbour

Please can you explain I just received a call from my neighbour to say that she has my take-a-lot order worth R2500 she has been driving around with it in her car the entire day. Yet on your system, it says I signed for it. Firstly they gave it to a woman I am a male and surely they are supposed to check who the person is. She has apologised because she opened my packages I have some medication to help with some problems I have I find it offensive that she has seen my order.This is a disgrace. How can they put signed by the customer when it clearly could not be me, I want to know what you will do about this.
