Goods delivered, but not to me.

<p>Hi there,</p> <p> </p> <p>I received an email at 19:51 that my goods were delivered at 12:59 today at my address.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I phoned Takealot they indicated that my goods were delivered and signed by Richard, a person I do not know. Is this now how takealot operates, *****ing our goods. How can a parcel be delivered to a person that does not belong to him!!</p> <p> </p> <p>If this is not resolved and clarified within 2 days, I will lay charges against Takealot and Sky couriers for *****ing my merchandise.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was at my residence at 12:59 today and no one was at my gate for delivery, clearly someone is *****ing from me.</p> <p> </p> <p>My order number ********** 9.</p> <p> </p> <p>I await takealot and sky courier response regarding the matter.</p>
