Goods Collected - No Refund in Sight

I had ordered a pre-hung aluminium door from Takelot supp**** by ZYS. Door was damaged on arrival. Collection was scheduled SIX TIMES! Each time with a driver with a car not capable of transporting it. On the 6th attempt, it was collected by a truck. Reached warehouse where they said "the goods are missing the door"?? The door is a single self contained unit - how can it missing - shocking. No response from customer care, no response when calling the call centre. This is theft and should be treated as such - dont waste your time and money with Takealot ******* - go direct to the supplier.
