I ordered several products off the app. I picked delivery for today, and made sure i was available at home for collection. At 18:45 the app has marked off that I signed for the delivery. I NEVER received my products. I was never contacted to say the driver was here. Over R1000 worth of products ******. If the driver was here, he/she would have contacted me or let me know. So TAKEALOT.COM has ****** my money and im without urgent products I need. Disgusting takealot. I expect a full refund. Conveniently no help line available outside of email.
