Good that TakeALot keeps Customers informed

I have ordered several products from Takealot online. Whenever I had questions, they responded quickly. I was kept informed on order status, (this is only necessary if there were something outstanding or any issue - usually you would check the status of delivery on your account at any time. ) Delivered on time - and again if there was an issue with delivery, they kept me informed.
