Good service on complaint logged

I had bought a TV and when I received it, it didn't have the apps I wanted and I couldn't load any one as the smart tv was not so smart, but requested it to be sent back which I did, but wo week later after I sent it back i was not getting feedback on my refund and contacted the call center, I was assisted professionally, even though the lady at the pick up point made a mistake of not submitting my return in time which caused for it to be canceled, fixed her mistake and the refund was done within two days.

I really appreciated how everything was handled and how my issue was sorted out swiftly and professionally mostly.
