Impressed with their service and communication. Their prices are really good. Always up to date on their latest specials. They also notify you when your wish list items are on discount.

I have purchased from Takealot multiple times and have only had one not so great experience. I also like the fact that they have a wide range of products you can choose from. There is also a wide range of different types or brands to choose from when looking for a specific item. The other nice thing is if they do not have the item you purchased, they will credit you, no hassles. Another functionality I find is so useful is their pickup points you can use, which you save on delivery fee amounts. Instead of paying R60 for delivery on a small order, you pay R25 to pick it up at a designated Takealot pick up point.
