Good service and return policies

People are quick to complain, but slow to praise. I would just like to praise takealot.com today.

Previously I had a kindle break while under guarantee. I let takealot.com know and they sent a courier to collect the item, let me know that it is in fact defective and sent me a replacement unit, all within 1 week and at no cost to me.

Now more recently, I ordered something, and when it came it was not what I expected (when I went back and read the description I realized that it was my mistake). I let them know that I changed my mind about the order, and they immediately let me know that I can return it for a refund or a credit.

I have received only good service from takealot.com and would recommend them to anyone.
