Good Service

The Takealot team is quite effective in responding to queries and their service is very smooth be it returning an item, collecting or receiving. The only problem I have had when I recently returned baby products last month was that for each of the three items I was returning, would come a different driver to collect and that was a bad experience for me that day. Please can Takealot try and send 1 driver to collect all the items in a case of a "more than one item" return? #WIN
