Good service

I have changed to buying the majority of the items I seek, through Takealot. I appreciate the fact that when they say "hassle free returns", that it is truly hassle free. I have attempted buying from other companies and despite them saying hassle free, it was anything but, so Takealot it is, for me.

The only reason, they do not get a 5 star is because the items, do at times take time, to arrive.

All said many companies in SA can take a cue from Takealot's modus operandi.
