Good service

So i had some issues with my order (takealot had system issues which i was told and i didnt receive some items with my order) and i called them 3 weeks later to complain and i chatted to Sumaya and Judy/Julie (couldnt make out the name). They promised to call me back and sort out the issue and i was shocked when i actually got called back. They were efficient and friendly and even though my order was not delivered they made up for it. Thanks guys.
