Good luck trying to get hold of Takealot by phone!

I want to buy a product but the product description is really not that clear. I've been on the phone trying to get hold of Takealot on ***, for over an hour. I've tried EVERY extension, but there's just no answer. After 20 minutes, the line just dies. Do you really want to tell me that a big company like this has no customer service line????? VERY DISAPPOINTING!!
