I've been dealing with takealot for awhile now and for the most part it's been a pleasant experience. There has been a few hiccups which their team usually resolve pretty quickly with only one major issue I've had with them. The best part of takealot's service is their delivery, you are informed of the ETD of your purchase BEFORE you even pay for it and sometimes it even arrives before the ETD, you receive an SMS a day or so in advance notifying you of impending delivery and again on the day. Then to cap off the great service is if the driver is at your gate and can't get in they phone you and tell you they're there. Great job.
