Good Experience with takealot returns

I rencently purchased a monitor from takealot. I discovered after a few days that it had a manufacturing defect. I have never had to return a broken product before and I was nervous that they would be difficult producing a replacement or credit.

I dropped it off at a collection point and couldnt believe how quickly they sorted it out and produced a replacement.

This has really instilled trust in the company when making larger purchases as I feel that they will behave honestly and efficiently should there be any issues with the product.
