Good customer service

I have been a customer for a few years now, and there were a hicup once with a pre order of a game but the consultant was polite and afterwards I received my products on time and the packaging of the products is always in perfect condition.

Usually we focus on the negative things in life but it's always a good idea to look for the positive things in life. Thank you Takealot for the good customer service.
